Everything we wholesale we will drop ship.
Drop ship charges:
$4 per order/address handling fee
+actual shipping
+wholesale cost of item(s)
Gift wrapping available for $4 more.
To set up drop shipping:
1- notify me of your intention to drop ship
2- provide billing information
3- provide list of items you plan to offer
4- save pictures of my website of the items
5- apply them to your website
6- email me each drop ship order or sale.
7- If you have a packing slip in adobe or word please email those ready to print and I will ship with
them. If not then I will use mine with a note that the items were drop shipped for your company.
8- I will notify you if I can not ship an item right away.
9- If your item is in stock it will be shipped with in 48 hours by priority mail. You will receive a
shipping confirmation by email.- complete with tracking information.
10- I will send you a bill by email of your expenditures. You just mail me a check
11- returned items will be credited to your account, but will not receive a cash refund.

Round Belly’s Mission is to make organic and earth friendly clothing available to all.
Benefits of purchasing Round Belly Clothing for your store(s):
1. The best in styles, design and fabrics. Round Belly searches the world to provide you with the
softest, longest wearing fabrics. Once you touch them, you’re in love. Then we work on creating the
most wearable and loveable styles and patterns for your closets. When you carry Round Belly
Clothing/Eco Sprout your customers will return knowing that your store is the place they can always
find great clothes.
2. Exclusivity of our line with in your zip code. You will automatically be given exclusivity in
your zip code for all lines that you purchase $500 on. This exclusivity will last 6 months beyond the
last shipment of that line to your store. For total brand name exclusivity in a zip code minimum
purchase per six months is $2000.
3. Point of purchase information on organic and sustainable production by hangtags, posters and
size charts. We are striving to provide enough information so your customers can feel good with their
purchase knowing that the items they are buying are not just good for them, but good for Mother
Earth, making it easy for them to make informed and confident decisions in their purchases. Most
of these items will be free of charge to enlighten your customers and brighten your store.
4. Easy payments- you can pay online with a bank transfer or credit card or we can arrange a
net 30 payment plan for your store.
5. Special Orders- for your store’s needs and also offered for individual customers. We produce
your store order when you order, so changes in fabrics/sizes/colors and cuts all are available to the
best benefit of your store. All we need is one phone call/email with the details of a customer’s special
order and we can ship their special item(s) either direct to you or to them.
6. Personal Interactions and Communications with our design team and customer service
departments to make your purchasing easy, affordable and fast. You can place an order any time of
day or night via email (online ordering will hopefully be ready for wholesale by August.) Or you may
place a phone call order between 8am and 10pm central time. And you can reorder any designs at any
time in any quantity.
7. Reasonable Shipping- we charge actual shipping charges plus $5 handling on all wholesale
orders.
8. Items sold wholesale cannot be returned for refund, but may be exchanged for credit.
